Through weekly gut pattern tracking, intelligent fibre and food reintroduction, and training that supports digestion and stress regulation, we rebuild a resilient, adaptable gut - not a fragile one.
The women below didn’t just reduce bloating.
They rebuilt trust with food and stopped living around their symptoms.
Why This Works
GUT HEALTH & DYSBIOSIS
Gut dysregulation affects up to 15% of adults, with women experiencing symptoms far more frequently. When the gut microbiome becomes imbalanced, it drives bloating, discomfort, irregular bowels, inflammation, food intolerance cycles, and ongoing fatigue.
At PKLD, gut issues are treated as a systemic problem, not a list of foods to avoid.
THE PKLD APPROACH
We use a phasic, evidence-based model to restore gut function:
-
Calming symptoms before restriction becomes permanent
-
Identifying individual triggers and patterns
-
Gradually rebuilding fibre tolerance and food diversity
-
Supporting nervous system regulation and gut motility
-
Establishing consistent, predictable eating rhythms

CHRIS
Before launching PKLD Conditioning, Chris spent years working as a paramedic - where he witnessed firsthand how many people, especially women, were silently struggling with hormone-related issues like PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, and unexplained weight gain. He saw a clear gap in support and education around these conditions, and he knew something needed to change.
Driven by a desire to make a real impact beyond emergency care, Chris shifted his focus to preventative, hormone-aware coaching. Today, he combines his medical background with in-depth training in metabolic and hormonal health to support women and men through highly personalised programs. His mission is to help clients understand their bodies, feel seen, and finally get the answers and guidance they’ve been missing.

BECK
Beck’s journey into women’s health coaching started with her own. She was deep into competition prep when COVID hit, and like many, her routine , and sense of self - fell apart. It was during that time she was diagnosed with PCOS, forcing her to confront a whole new side of health beyond aesthetics and performance. That experience changed everything.
Now, Beck is committed to helping women feel stronger, more supported, and more in control of their bodies. Her coaching is rooted in empathy and lived experience - because she knows firsthand what it’s like to feel out of sync with your body and unsure where to turn. Today, she works with clients to rebuild confidence, improve hormone health, and find sustainable strength - physically and mentally.
Frequent bloating, constipation or diarrhoea, abdominal discomfort, food anxiety, brain fog, and stress-triggered gut flare-ups.
