PCOS

PCOS affects up to 1 in 8 women, with the majority remaining undiagnosed. It is not a weight-loss issue - it is a metabolic and hormonal condition, most commonly driven by insulin resistance, androgen imbalance, and chronic inflammation.

At PKLD, PCOS is one of the most common conditions we support.

Irregular or absent cycles, weight-loss resistance, acne or hair changes, cravings, mood instability, bloating, and blood-sugar swings.

THE PKLD APPROACH

We treat PCOS by addressing the metabolic drivers, not by pushing harder dieting.

Our method includes:

  • Protein-balanced meals to stabilise appetite and support hormonal signalling

  • Strategic carbohydrate timing to improve insulin sensitivity

  • Anti-inflammatory, nutrient-dense nutrition

  • Strength training designed to reduce insulin resistance - not spike cortisol

  • Cycle-aware education so women understand their symptoms, not fight them

With weekly symptom tracking, hormone-supportive training, and integrated clinical nutrition, we create predictable progress without burnout.

The women below didn’t just lose weight.

They regulated cycles, reduced symptoms, and finally understood how to work with their PCOS — not against it.

Why This Works

CHRIS

Before launching PKLD Conditioning, Chris spent years working as a paramedic - where he witnessed firsthand how many people, especially women, were silently struggling with hormone-related issues like PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, and unexplained weight gain. He saw a clear gap in support and education around these conditions, and he knew something needed to change.

Driven by a desire to make a real impact beyond emergency care, Chris shifted his focus to preventative, hormone-aware coaching. Today, he combines his medical background with in-depth training in metabolic and hormonal health to support women and men through highly personalised programs. His mission is to help clients understand their bodies, feel seen, and finally get the answers and guidance they’ve been missing.

BECK

Beck’s journey into women’s health coaching started with her own. She was deep into competition prep when COVID hit, and like many, her routine , and sense of self - fell apart. It was during that time she was diagnosed with PCOS, forcing her to confront a whole new side of health beyond aesthetics and performance. That experience changed everything.

Now, Beck is committed to helping women feel stronger, more supported, and more in control of their bodies. Her coaching is rooted in empathy and lived experience - because she knows firsthand what it’s like to feel out of sync with your body and unsure where to turn. Today, she works with clients to rebuild confidence, improve hormone health, and find sustainable strength - physically and mentally.
