CHRIS

Before launching PKLD Conditioning, Chris spent years working as a paramedic - where he witnessed firsthand how many people, especially women, were silently struggling with hormone-related issues like PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, and unexplained weight gain. He saw a clear gap in support and education around these conditions, and he knew something needed to change.

Driven by a desire to make a real impact beyond emergency care, Chris shifted his focus to preventative, hormone-aware coaching. Today, he combines his medical background with in-depth training in metabolic and hormonal health to support women and men through highly personalised programs. His mission is to help clients understand their bodies, feel seen, and finally get the answers and guidance they’ve been missing.

BECK

Beck’s journey into women’s health coaching started with her own. She was deep into competition prep when COVID hit, and like many, her routine , and sense of self - fell apart. It was during that time she was diagnosed with PCOS, forcing her to confront a whole new side of health beyond aesthetics and performance. That experience changed everything.

Now, Beck is committed to helping women feel stronger, more supported, and more in control of their bodies. Her coaching is rooted in empathy and lived experience - because she knows firsthand what it’s like to feel out of sync with your body and unsure where to turn. Today, she works with clients to rebuild confidence, improve hormone health, and find sustainable strength - physically and mentally.

Abdominal weight gain, poor sleep, hot flushes, mood volatility, joint discomfort, anxiety, and loss of muscle tone.

MENOPAUSE & PERIMENOPAUSE

Menopause typically occurs around age 50, with metabolic and hormonal changes beginning years earlier. As oestrogen declines, women experience shifts in body composition, energy, sleep, mood, and recovery - making traditional dieting and training strategies increasingly ineffective.

At PKLD, menopause is treated as a physiological transition, not a personal failure.

With weekly symptom monitoring and longevity-focused training and nutrition, we help women regain control without burnout or restriction.

The women below didn’t “fight menopause.”

They adapted to it - and rebuilt strength, confidence, and consistency on the other side.

Why This Works

THE PKLD APPROACH

We stabilise the menopausal body by rebuilding metabolic and structural resilience through:

  • Protein-prioritised nutrition to protect muscle and metabolic rate (Mitochondrial efficiency and insulin sensitivity)

  • Strategic carbohydrate timing for energy and recovery

  • Strength training to preserve bone density and lean mass

  • Key micronutrient support (calcium, vitamin D, magnesium)

  • Structured routines that improve sleep and stress tolerance
